Positive: What a lovely Place, dont let the view from the road put you off, arrived to be able to self check in via message sent, The room i had was huge and very well quipped for what was essential a B&B, clean, tidy and nice and modern, air con which was needed, small fridge, The room is quiet with a very comfy bed, slept though a thunder storm that night, taxi or bus into Florence is an easy option, Breakfast, including a variety of home made cakes made by a lovely talkative host was perfect, thank you

Positive: Very spacious, clean, good breakfast and amazing owners! Marco was very friendly, helped us get to the city and gave us tips on what to do in Florence. His family was also very nice to our dog, Ginger. We also had a little bed for her in our room 🖤 we would like to thank you for everything! Please make sure you save some space in the morning for the apple tart that Marco prepares freshly every morning for breakfast 🫣

Positive: Easy check-in, the room was quite big, with a nice bathroom. You can park your car without problem. The place has a nice garden too. The host is very friendly, and he helped us a lot with useful information about the city. He also served us delicious cakes and cookies for breakfast which was handmade by him the day when we were there.
Negative: Not really have any, the fancoil maybe a little bit old.

Positive: The room was large, with a nice bathroom and shower and a comfortable bed. Breakfast with homemade cakes was delicious. Parking and late check-in were available. Easily accessible from the autostrada.

Positive: Nice option for a spend the night near Florence, cheaper comparing to the city itself. Super apartments with private bathroom. In the room really liked: - the beds and pillows, they were comfortable - bathroom, it was clean, modern and the shower had a great water pressure and temperature. - room was spacious enough As for check-in process, it was really smooth and fast, the host provided me all the details and codes in advance so when I arrived I entered the room without any problems. All in all the host was great and helpful. I would also highlight the breakfast, it was of good variety and it was in the inner garden, which was really peaceful.
Negative: It's quite far from Florence city, it took me about 30 minutes to get to the city, excluding waiting time. The area is super quite, but also has a lack of supermarkets and cafes. I found only few of them in Saturday evening. The room was on ground floor, so there was no view and I kept my curtains closed.
Summary: Modern apartments with great private bathroom and exceptional breakfast.
