Positive: View from the deck beautiful. Rooftop pool beautiful. New facility. Building nice and clean and felt secure. Liked having a workout gym on site. Food and drink options in building. Short walk to the beach and lots of good restaurants. Nice looking over harbor. Liked the filtered water station.

Negative: Need more of a block out for the deck window and or shade for the deck. Got very hot in the afternoon. Loud noise and music from the locals at times and people coming and going from the harbor. Bed was not great.

Summary: Brand new condo in middle of punta mita town close to everything you need.

Positive: We loved having the patio look right out at the ocean.

Negative: We were located near the gym so it was a bit noisy. There was what looked like a squatters camp right below our patio so we listened to their music and smelled their cooking odors almost every day.

Summary: We would stay again but request a different apartment.

Positive: The Ancora Punta Mita is an excellent location. It's right on the main street where all the restaurants are. We originally chose this place because it was pet friendly but now having experienced its location, we would go back again just for that.
