Summary: We rent the house for one week with the family and friends. The house is new and excellent to go with kids because they have room to play and swim outside. The owner, Davide, was nice and was always available.

Summary: Davide informed me 3 days before arrival that he had water damage and our stay in the villa couldn’t go through. He booked our group another villa (Nicer and more expensive) 200 meters from his accomodation. Very professional host. Would recommend

Summary: About one hour from Catania airport, the Villa is located in a relaxing environment some kilometers away from the sea, in the hills above Avola, where the air is fresher and drier than at sea level. We were warmly welcomed by our hosts Simona and Davide, who during the entire stay were extremely helpful in sorting out minor issues with the heat (no A/C, hence we needed some fans) as well as with providing us useful information for trips in the region. Three minutes drive from Cava Grande, twenty minutes from Noto and central to visiting the most interesting places in south-east Sicily such as Ragusa, Modica, Siracusa (Ortigia and Neopolis), Catania (fish market) the Etna as well as the beaches around Avola, the villa has a nice and clean swimming pool in a very nice garden where one can cool down in the afternoon after a morning trip and before going out for the passeggiata. The Villa was very clean and is fully equipped with all what a family (with children) needs. A car is a must for a stay in this villa, and driving on the roads in the "outback" is a pleasant experience. We warmly recommend this place to stay during your holidays in Sicilia and we thank our hosts for their hospitality.
