Summary: The room was ok. However, there were dead bugs behind the couch, a stain on the left side of the bed blanket, we found an empty prescription packet in the nightstand on that same side for an antipsychotic medication. The shower was in serious need of repair and cleaning and the toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall. It was ok for a quick overnight stay because it was close to the Rochester Opera House but not a place for most travelers!

Summary: The folks running this motels are very nice but the house keeping was an issue. We couldnt even shower as someone elses hair was 8n there as well as a dirty bath mat, followed by there being a used tube of hand lotion.

Summary: This hotel allowed somebody to fraudulent use my information and use my win key cash to obtain a room. They never asked for ID or asked her for a credit card which that’s their requirement. I would stay clear from this hotel. I’ve been fighting with him to get a refund they keep saying it’s not them. It has to be hotel.com. No, they can easily refund it but they refuse because they know they are wrong and don’t want any to admit it the wrong.

Summary: The room I was in was dirty, hair on the floor, dirty toilet and some lamps didn't work. Bed was comfortable, but all else needs an upgrade. Inexpensive, but wouldn't take my wife & family here.

Summary: The room had a odd clhorine type smell throughout. No place to hang up jackets of clothing. Toilet paper holder was broken. Could maybe use a small table if you wanted to eat in, there wasn't any.
