Positive: Location was great. Bathroom very clean and spacious. Chloe was welcoming and helpful, including providing information on the local area. Secure.

Negative: Linen was damp and did not appear to be clean. Sofa bed was beyond terrible - cold, hard and damp We could not get the apartment to warm up and were all freezing throughout the stay.

Summary: Lovely location, cute cottage and Chloe was great but heating and bedding needs to be sorted

Positive: Great location and friendly staff! Great communication from staff Parking option

Negative: Bed and pillows very basic and not particularly comfortable (too thin). Couldnt turn bathroom mirror light off. A bit cramped.

Summary: Decent little budget spot in a great location, friendly staff and with parking.

Positive: The hostess was really nice. Room was ok. Mostly clean and tidy. We managed to get a parking space. There was tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

Negative: The room was cold. The hostess did put the heating back on for me and it was on until the early hours but then it went off again and was cold at 7 in the morning. We left about 9 and it was nice to get in the car and get warm.

Summary: Was ok, would I stay again - no.

Positive: Location was excellent, great parking, host very friendly, property was clean Tea coffee milk etc available

Negative: The property was cold The main bed very uncomfortable and lumpy The bedding for sofa bed inadequate especially for such a cold property, my son had to sleep with his coat over him.
