Summary: Overnight stay whilst using ferry from Kennacraig, check in was smooth, room was small but on the whole very clean. Bathroom towel rail in real need of replacement. Food and service very good and would recommend the restaurant. Would happily stay again.

Summary: Too small. Since it was for one night, it was okay. The Harbour was beautiful. Town very small and we were unable to find anyone that could accommodate us for dinner.

Summary: The hotel is a bit tired and needing a refurb, but the staff are lovely, and the breakfast was great

Summary: Great views of the harbour from room 1. The room was small but adequate. The whole hotel is tired. Black mould around the shower base and tiles. Appeared to offer a good selection of gluten free for my wife, but after I ordered the scallops my wife's linguine pasta came with gluten, staff realised before she ate it. So they offered to go to the Co-op and get some, meanwhile my scallops were dry and they should have taken both dishes away and remade them. She opted for scallops with no black pudding. So did manage to eat at the same time. They did not charge for her scallops, disappointing nonetheless.
