2 Bedroom Cottage in Anstruther

Anchor Cottage is a cosy 2 bedroom house, sleeping up to 5 adults, which sits in a pretty sun-trapped courtyard in the lovely conservation town of Anstruther, only 2 minutes from the harbour and isnon the Fife Coasral Path. The property has its own private parking space right outside the front door and is perfect for that romantic weekend or for memorable family getaways, only feet from the harbour with its restaurants, bars and beaches.
The ground floor consists of a large twin bedroom with small area open to the main bedroom with a comfy single chair bed if required. Adjacent to this is a bathroom with shower. The view from this bedroom looks on to a lovely private courtyard.
On the first floor, there is a relaxing living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen with sea views over the Firth of Forth.
The top floor has the king size master suite with shower room en-suite and again stunning sea views.
The lounge has a large smart TV with DVD player in addition to smart TVs in each of the bedrooms.
There is a strong Wi-fi signal throughout the property allowing streaming and good internet access.
It is decorated to an exceptional standard with quality hypoallergenic bedding throughout and an emphasis on ensuring all needs and comforts are met.

Summary: My brother and I used Ann’s place as our base for a week’s golfing in St Andrew’s. The house was ideal - clean and well appointed. Close to St Andrew’s but away from the hustle and bustle. The fishing village has character and restaurants and supermarkets are all walking distance.

Summary: Lovely wee house - very clean and comfortable with little welcoming touches. And the most comfortable bed! Wishing we hadn’t recently bought a new mattress, otherwise that one would have been perfect! Great location for easy walks and short trips to St Andrews. Definitely recommend!
