Positive: A spacious bedroom, with a great view over the small wharf and park. Very quiet area and had everything I needed. The Motel spans 2 blocks, so you can choose this view for a small extra fee. The bathroom was small which is typical in most motels, but had lots of hot water and ceiling heaters.
