Positive: The manager, "Fred," was incredibly helpful, friendly, and informed. The location was very convenient and you can definitely see and appreciate the recent renovations. The small fridge and the microwave were very convenient, and I especially appreciate how my two dogs were accommodated and welcomed. I will definitely be going back!

Negative: Nothing to "not like" at all!

Negative: I prepaid $200 for the room, but upon check-in, the gentleman said I owed an additional $4.85 and then asked for another $4.00 in cash, which seemed odd, but I was too exhausted to question it. The room was only slightly clean, with a white towel lying on the floor near the TV and a dirty bathroom floor. This hotel is a last resort when you have no other options. It served its purpose, but I wouldn’t stay here again. It's not worth the price, despite being more affordable than nearby hotels. The 'renovations' are minimal at best.

Positive: Location is good. I got a decent nights rest and that’s what I want most in a hotel. It had a stove in the room, which was very nice. The staff was friendly and did seem to care.

Negative: The rooms could’ve been cleaner. Also, there was only one trashcan in the bathroom. Some of the fixtures needed repair. Especially in the bathtub. They could’ve used an ice machine.

Negative: "Under new mgmt", remodeled... Rooms were not in good shape, mold around the shower, scratched furniture, the outside of thr frig was filthy.

Positive: The staff was excellent and accommodating. The location was perfectly central in Reedsport, close to restaurants and a quick drive to the bay.

Negative: The hotel was dated. Although they recently refurbished, some simple things, such as an outlet was not available in the bathroom. There was no closet or place to hang clothes.

Summary: Comfortable and convenient. Not fancy, but was great for what we needed.
