Summary: Did not interect much with staff but checking in was easy and staff was friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Location was great. Only 15min walk to Disneyland.

Summary: I was very disappointed with the initial reception. They didn't give me adequate directions to my room and I got lost. No one was ready to help me find my room. FYI - they have two towers, and my room was on the 15th floor of a tower that was very far from the reception desk, I went to the wrong tower and was running around looking for my room, and no one directed me. Also, the valet parking attendants were always chatting with each other and not paying attention to the guests. The room was very clean and the maid service was excellent. I don't blame anyone except the management that failed to train their employees

Summary: This was our second time staying at the Anaheim Marriott. We enjoyed our stay the last time (in 2018) and figured we'd stay again. The location is convenient to Disneyland and right next to the convention center. However, the service was mediocre at best. The room wasn't very clean. There were hairs on the toilet when we checked in. The front desk seemed disinterested and unlike almost every hotel didn't ask how things were when we checked out. Overall, a pretty disappointing experience and I'll be finding somewhere else to stay the next time we're in Anaheim.
