KID FRIENDLY! If you're traveling with kids, they'll love our 'Surf's Up' bedroom. It's decorated with surfboards and feels like you're in a cabana on the beach! We have plenty of toys, a large grassy front yard, a backyard, lots of games, and many places to explore.
AMENITIES! Indoor laundry room, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning/heating. We have TV's with Roku app. Lots of space, over 2,700 square feet!
LOCAL NEIGHBORHOOD is safe and quiet. Just down the street you'll find banks, the post office, restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, parks, fitness centers, golf courses, tennis courts, hiking, day spas/salons, and much more. Yes, there is a Starbucks!
HOUSE RULES & REGULATIONS: Maximum 3 vehicles at any time. Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No smoking/vaping/hookah and no pets. A signed rental agreement, a copy of your ID with a matching credit card are required. Please see rental agreement for all house rules and regulations. A security deposit is collected by owner directly and based on your length of stay, number of guests and dates.
UTILITIES: We give our guests a generous allowance for electric and gas usage. A meter reading is taken upon your arrival and departure. If there is excessive usage, you will be charged the current rates.

Summary: Beautiful property, wonderful neighborhood and fantastic owners! We had a wonderful time during our five day stay in October 2019. We rented this property because it was reasonably close to Disney, and our family that lives nearby in Yorba Linda and Placentia. Very close to other areas, we ventured to Newport Beach and even with traffic wasn’t a terribly bad drive. Either was heading to Universal Studios in Hollywood. The house is in a fabulous location. The house itself was lovely, spacious and very clean. Jenn makes everything so easy and comfortable. She quickly responds to any messages and is very friendly! I would, and plan, to stay at Anaheim Hills Hideaway again!!!

Summary: Communication with the owners was fantastic! They never made me feel like I was a bother and responded quickly. Any issues that arose were resolved in a timely matter. The description of the home is spot on! The area and atmosphere is very home ❤️ Quiet. Serene. Central to all things we, as a family, wanted to do and see. Amenities go beyond what’s listed. There was some sunscreen, extra pool towels, toiletries, some non perishable items, instructions on how to run things were clear and concise. I’m already starting to plan future stats!! If I could give ten stars, I would! I cannot say enough about how welcoming we felt staying here. We celebrated my daughters 21st birthday by going to Disneyland. We vacationed as a family to remember my Father in Law and an aunt, both who passed on earlier this year. We also gathered together to bring my core family CLOSER, as we have had a rough year, in general. This was perfect for all of that. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Summary: I can’t say enough good things about the Hideaway in Anaheim Hills! The house was beautiful, stocked with everything you could possibly need, had a wonderful back yard/patio with pool and hot tub that the kiddos pretty much lived in when we were at the house, and the neighborhood was very nice! Anytime we had questions about the property or advice on places to take the kids Jenn was quick to respond and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Anaheim...we will for sure be staying there again when we go back!

Summary: The property, its amenities and its location were perfect for us. Husband, wife & 3 adult children flew in from the East coast to attend our sons wedding and events in Anaheim and Loma Linda. The Hideaway was convenient to highways to everywhere we needed to go. Restaurants, drug stores, grocery stores - only a short drive away. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and there are parking spots on site. Bedrooms are comfortable; it has a good kitchen and spaces to cook and share meals. Very clean. Note: Are you traveling with young children or older folks? You will need to be careful in the kitchen - it has two levels separated across its entire width by one step. You have to be careful when sliding chairs back from the table or when you are heading out to the pool. Once you get used to it it shouldn’t be a problem. We adjusted and it wasn’t a problem.
