Summary: The room was clean and comfortable. Could have used a second chair at the table. The clock didn’t work but we didn’t need it. It would be nice if the bathroom had grab bars for toilet area and shower.

Summary: The view and surrounding atmosphere are incredible, and the big-ticket item in my room (the jetted tub) worked perfectly. That's all great! The breakfast was perfectly fine as well, about what you would expect for a continental breakfast from a small in. Less good are some of the little things; the wi-fi network's range wasn't long enough to reach the rooms that I was staying in, so I essentially had no internet (and the remote location meant my cell service was also poor, preventing the use of a hotspot). While the surrounding area is quiet, the walls didn't dampen the noise of anything going on in other rooms at all and that could get frustrating at times. I also just think in general it's a pretty tough area for people with accessibility issues as basically all the lots are built on a hill, and to get to the building with amenities you have to go uphill.

Summary: Very quick stay to be close to the ferry. Reception was welcoming, accommodations are dated, but clean.. checked out before breakfast. Overall, convenient place if you have an early ferry departure.

Summary: Had a late check in (lobby closes at 9:00). The hotel was kind enough to assist with accommodating after hours check in.

Summary: Check in was great! Communication through text was amazing & informative. Got there late and instructions to get to our room was really well done. Would have had a hot breakfast, but the yogurt, banana and boiled egg was an added plus to get us gluten free peeps ready for our trip to San Juan. Office girl had to locate once, but overall it was an A plus in accommodations and service.
