Positive: Friendly and helpful staff. Great location near the Ani Gondola. Half board was great, plenty of food, western and Japanese style. Rooms were large and gear room helped with equipment storage.

Negative: Nothing.

Summary: Loved this intimate little place conveniently located near the Ani Gondola. Looking forward to returning.

Positive: The hospitality is exceptional: friendly, welcoming... they couldn't do enough. Even the car was cleared of snow in the morning. Amazing food served communally; highly convivial. Probably the best place I've stayed for years.

Positive: We found the location very good and the hosts Greg and Ami were very helpful and informative. We really appreciated their care in helping with our dietary needs.

Negative: We would like to suggest easy access to coffee and tea making facilities so that guests could help themselves rather than depend on the staff who are very busy
