Positive: The retreat is beautiful, the design and decor gorgeous. The staff are really good and want to make your experience perfect The river view with pool is worth the money the rooms are stunning Linh the butler was exceptional, so was really proactive and precise is the service offered absolutely fantastic, she even checked on you on her days off

Negative: It’s hard to do a trip because of the hotels location outside of town then won’t pick you up and as a solo traveller a private trip was about $250 dollars But because the retreat was so special I was happy to finish my holiday this way and the speedboat into town only took 25 mins which was a great way to see the Saigon river
