Summary: Lovely week in the villa. Amazing view over sea. Very helpful host and villa had everything we needed. Stayed off season so bit quiet re restaurants but beautiful beaches and scenery. Would highly recommend and love to visit again. Thanks Shari. Love Katy and family

Summary: Shari and her family have created a wonderful place to stay; it felt like ours from the moment we walked in, and we've been feeling a little homesick for it since we left. Everything is "just right"; Goldilocks would definitely approve. Indoors: The building is built on a charmingly traditional core, but with just the right amount of modernisation; air con, flooring, windows, etc. The kitchen is well-appointed and easy to use, and had absolutely every piece of cutlery, crockery or utensil we could have needed (this sounds like a minor point, but so helpful). Beds and bedding are comfortable, bathrooms reasonably sized and well-decorated, and showers in every room are powerful enough to use at least two of them simultaneously. Just a note that if you've closed up the french windows and shutters for the night, then one of the bedrooms is accessed through another, but this really wasn't a problem for us. Outdoors: The pool is a great size, with a satisfyingly deep end and a phenomenal view (as well as being visible from wherever you are in the property, so you can always have eyes on smaller kids). For a property that accommodates six there is a huge choice of seating & loungers and shade everywhere, but without any sense of clutter. There is an outdoor shower that is invaluable, and a beautifully planted and maintained garden on all sides of the house. The very well thought-out outdoor lighting deserves a special mention. Nearby: Jerusalem Beach is 10-12 minutes walk down the hill (although one of us would always drive down, as the walk back in the afternoon heat would be quite a trek with kids), and has great swimming and fun snorkeling. The family-run tavern is really friendly, and has a constantly-changing menu of great food (as well as a huge selection of gins). There are other great beaches nearby and you are close enough to get the drop on other people before they get busy (busy being a very relative term - they're never crowded). Fiskardo can be a bit of a billionaires playground, but still has a lot of charm if you ignore the insanely expensive floating caravans in the harbour. We took a day with "Ionian Discoveries", exploring the coast in a wonderful wooden boat, snorkeling in the best locations (we were lucky enough to swim with turtles) and including a fabulous lunch on board. We also hired a boat from Regina for a day on our own. For food and drink the village of Maganos has a great grocer, and is only a five minute drive.

Summary: My husband and I stayed at the villa in May, 2018 and loved every day. The villa is well equipped and in excellent condition. The location, while tricky to find, is very private with spectacular views. Bathroom and kitchen are modern and well equipped. Appreciate having a dishwasher, not typical in much of Greece. We never watched TV but the seating both inside and out was comfortable. Lots of lounging by the pool both in the sun and using the umbrellas for shade. Washing machine meant we didn't need to pack as many clothes and clothes dried quickly outside on the dryer rack. The housekeeper changes linens and towels midway through the week. The pool was serviced every other day. The gardens and landscaping are very pretty. The location won't be for everyone. It is about 15 minutes (on winding, steep and narrow roads) from Fiskardo but about 1 1/2 from the airport. Nothing is really walkable but the restaurant selection in Fiskardo is very good. Would suggest you pick up some basics (water bottles, coffee, orange juice, etc) on way to house. Once you get there, you aren't going to want to leave right away. We ate breakfast on the patio every morning and were enamored with the view. Highly recommended

Summary: The villa was absolutely perfect. Very child-friendly - we had a 7 week old and a 2 year old - it's beautifully thought out. It would work just as well for 2 or 3 couples though as there are three separate bathrooms. The pool is fantastic, and again very child friendly with steps into the shallow end, but it's big enough for adults to have a good swim too. The location is incredible - wonderful views out over the Agean, and a 2 minute drive, 5 minute run or 10 minute walk down to either Agia Jerusalem (and the unbelievably good Odysseus Taverna) or Agia Alaties (which also has a great tavern for meze and cocktails). The facilities are first-rate - there's a BBQ, sun-loungers, the works. The pool-house is beautifully done too, and proved very popular. Shari couldn't have been more helpful too. Thanks for a wonderfully relaxing holiday. We'll be back!
