Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The accommodation was fantastic. The hosts were so helpful and friendly every day. It was very quiet during the day to work - the quality of the internet, desk and chair really facilitate 'work from home' (WFM). In the evening, when you open the balcony doors, you can hear pre-recorded music from the local cathedral, as well as the sounds of nature. The bathroom area and the bed were very comfortable (the two single beds put together is on the 1st floor and a double bed is above - via stairs). Satellite tv allowed me to see Netflix, Amazon and English Premier League soccer via DisneyStar channel. The accommodation is 30 mins away from a lovely, quiet beach with two superb restaurants, and there are numerous other restaurants and convenience stores with water, pasta, sauces snacks, washing powder etc all within 10-15 min walk. The local people in Carmona are very friendly.

Negative: 1) The water pressure was very low throughout which I expected (but if you are guests staying in a country where saving water is very important and yet you need a luxurious shower, the water pressure might frustrate you). 2) The 2 ring hob stove, sink and fridge freezer in the kitchen area are downstairs and detached from the accommodation (which is upstairs). However, the hobs were easy to work, the utensils easy to clean and I repeat, the hosts living on site were so helpful and kind.

Summary: Want a peaceful WFH for 1-2 adults in a village in Goa? If so, I thoroughly recommend this place
