Negative: Parking is an absolute rip off! Also, I paid for breakfast and still was charged at the restaurant.

Summary: Amway is beautiful but to charge $45 a night valet, and $41 a night for self parking is outrageous.

Positive: Location and amenities. Valet and Bell staff were exceptional..

Negative: Not the warmest welcome by staff member when checking in Got the vibe he didn’t wanna be there and I felt like I shouldn’t have been. Room service QR code was not working second night of my stay called front desk. No help bathroom has a stale BO smell a tad nauseating contactless delivery through GrubHub does not work in a facility like Amway.

Summary: I will definitely come back one experience like this doesn’t void the other good experiences I’ve had with this hotel
