Positive: The unit was super clean, interior set up is just like a home. Kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms are all well equipped especially the kitchen. We felt right at home the minute we walked in.
Negative: For those who like to use the balcony will be rather disappointed because the air-cond compressors are located there, if they can be relocated, the balcony will be another nice corner to hang out and enjoy the green view out there.
Summary: Unit comes with 2x parking lots (free) which is great 👍🏼 👍🏼

Positive: The best apartment I ve ever been in Malaysia. Quiet location, very clean rooms, all basic kitchenware, interior design is amazing, rooms are of sufficient space, a good and recent collection of movies dvds with dvd player, three or four stores for grocery vegs and fruits within walking distance and the list goes on.
Negative: There are three things that should definitely make this apartment perfect. Self check-in could be simplified as it takes some time to get the card from Eco laundry and open two boxes one for card another for keys. Second a clothes dryer would be a great idea and a perfect complement to the washing machine. Third a smart TV would also be great since almost all channels are scrambled and only ad channels are not.
