Positive: Bed was comfortable, bathroom was spacious and clean, the breakfast buffet was amazing and had a lot of choices everyday, the room service was also really good, the location was close to many big attractions, it was quiet in our rooms, there was a sauna/steam room/ Hammam/pool, and the staff was great.

Negative: Our shower door would not open all the way but it was a minor inconvenience.

Summary: Comfortable and quiet, the breakfast was really great, and location was convenient.

Positive: Excellent location. Great front desk staff. The breakfast area was amazing - a rooftop terrace offering an amazing view of the sun rising above the Marmara sea, and the quality of food was very good, the food was diverse. The staff at the restaurant were very helpful and we were quite amazed by how many languages they speak! The room was exactly as in the photos on their page. The pool and spa area were clean. The steam room was amazing, the sauna a bit colder than I prefer, but otherwise ok. Very good bed - comfortable matress and a choice of pillows. A spacious and well equipped bathroom - with a jacuzzi and a walk-in shower. Plenty of restaurants and locantas in the area, shops and museums. Overall, the local area felt very safe. The hotel is close to the sea - also a plus when you want to get away from the buzz and the crowds in Sutlanahmet meydani. Definitely our favourite now!

Negative: The minibar fridge was not working - no problem for us as we didn't use it anyway. I'm sure it's already fixed. The drain in the shower felt a bit congested, but nothing big to ruin our stay. The ventillation outside the room was a a bit of a problem on the first day - quite noisy for some reason. We called the front desk and they did something to fix it, so our further stay was good and comfortable.

Positive: We had an amazing stay, room was big and fantasy. Staff was very helpful with all our request. Breakfast was in the roof top restaurant with amazing view. They helped us with taxi from the airport and with various tours (all with transport from hotel) which made life easy. We would recommend staying there in the old town.
