Positive: Easy to access, cute a cosy neighbourhood and the space is perfect for 1 or 2 people
Negative: There was only one big ceiling lamp which was quite bright at night. A smaller bedside or table lamp would be appreciated for the evenings

Positive: Excellent location with really easy access to many parts of Tokyo, while still offering a quiet place to stay. We were able to sleep with the windows open and it wasn't noisy at all. The bed was comfortable for 2 people. The wardrobe space was appreciated.
Negative: Something we thought could improve was the shower. As the sink for brushing teeth is in the wet shower room and no slippers were provided, it made things a little awkward. I would recommend bringing your own slippers for this reason. The lighting in the bedroom was also supposed to be dimmable, etc. but that function wasn't working during our stay, and there was no bedside lamp.
