Positive: The best 4 star hotel we stayed at. This place is very posh. Is by far of better than a few 5 star hotels we've been at before. The hotel is so clean, the staff is very welcoming, friendly and very attentive to details. The breakfast was very good and the lunch and dinner were amazing with exceptional plating skills master chef like. The manager was very helpful, helped us to call a cab as no cab was coming via Grab app, plus helped us organize transfer to our next resort which is not as nice as this one. The life guard kept a very closed eye on us and even when we went to the beach he would follow there ensuring our safety. Still few small things to improve, but because they opened the place 3 months ago, is enough time to improve. Excellent customer service from Van Mien . Thank you for everything.
