Summary: Concierge not available to offload luggage from taxi car to reception. Had to put all items in the stroller. Haven’t seen any staff smiling, not at the reception and not in the breakfast restaurant. We booked with a baby included, we arrived to find a normal additional bed instead of a crib (no attention to details). There was an ashtray full of cigarettes left on one of our room balconies. The air conditioning is not good; the room was hot. They don’t change amenities and refill them and they don’t clean the room well when they service it. The lights in the room are so dim (all background lights with little effect) as if they want you to stay in the room just for sleeping! Overall, it was below average experience for something that cost 1000$/night.

Summary: Lovely location and gorgeous room - a thoughtful welcome for us in our hotel room for our honeymoon! Decor of the hotel is beautiful and worth it if you are looking for a luxury hotel. The view from our room was fantastic! (lake view room). A slight improvement could be on the included breakfast - while the variety of food was good, the hot food should ideally be kept warmer than it was. It didn't bother us too much, but for any guests that like their food hot, I'm sure if asked the staff would be willing to accommodate. Other than that, it was perfection! Thank you
