Summary: Clean room, spacious, microwave and refrigerator staff was excellent Restaurant and bar is connected with happy hour and really good Detroit style pizza Could use updated comforter and blanket

Summary: The room was clean. The manager or the guy behind the desk was very kind, polite, and very helpful. Pool and hot tub was great. Would recommend and stay her again.

Summary: The room had basic cleaning done, except for the lamp shades were quite dusty and one of the pictures above one of the beds had a broken frame and was loose. Would have liked eggs for a breakfast option but there were good choices Plus side, ample parking, good location to shopping yet set back enough to lessen any outside noise. Big plus, was the pool water was a good warm temperature as well as the hot tub.

Summary: The staff was poor. Parking was good. Our room was fairly but the drapes were in bad shape. There was no table and chairs in the room like the other rooms, and no credenza and no rack to put our luggage, except on the floor.. The place needs help.

Summary: Pool was okay the hot tub was like warm. Breakfast was an hour late. Had to ask for tables to be wiped only to be ignored so I had to put my plate on my lap to eat. Food was terrible, no juice just water and coffee

Summary: There was only one front desk person working what appeared to be 24 hour shifts. He was very polite and helpful when we needed anything. On two of our nights we had to have him quiet the people down in the next room after 1am. They were slamming doors and talking loudly. He was very discreet when confronting them. Unfortunately if you need towels or toilet paper, you have to go to the front desk to get them. There would be a $21 charge per day for a housekeeper to change out the towels or make the bed. The carpet was dirty and the bedspread was gross. The continental breakfast was nice and that area was clean. The carpet in the hallway had a huge water stain that looked like there was a recent leak. The pool is rented out daily for a small fee to non guests. Some days it was very crowded. Luckily we only stayed at the Hotel to sleep since we were gone from morning to evening enjoying our vacation. Apparently the chain recently changed ownership. The price was excellent but we probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Summary: There was one person working the desk 24 hrs, all three days (2nights) we were there. Same person was in charge of getting breakfast ready, which sometimes resulted in it starting an hour late (don't count on it. Not even the coffee was out). Room was clean, but sheets looked old and stained. Only one soap bar to be shared between shower and sink (bring your own!). Location was quiet and had plenty of parking.
