Summary: I left my hearing aid above the shower door I came back to let them know an hour and a 1/2. After I checked out that I had left it there and they were unable to find it even though it was hanging on the door they said they made 3 trips up to the room to find it. But all they had to do was contact. The person who cleaned the room. Because that's the only place it was exactly where I told them, apparently they might have thrown it away and just didn't want to take responsibility

Summary: We only got to stay overnight, but this was a wonderful stay! The entire place was clean - hotel room, lobby, casino, & restaurant. The staff was very gracious and helpful. We did not get to use the spa amenities, but I look forward to going back and trying them. We checked in around 10:00 pm and were able to get something to eat at the Asia restaurant with no problems.

Summary: Nice hotel,except for very few extras...we spent a lot of money in the casino,and would think they could provide free breakfast...called front desk and was given restaurant hours outside hotel..room didnt even have a microwave to warm up carryout from night before..less expensive hotels have much more to offer

Summary: Stayed here as there was a concert at Ryse Nightclub we attended. Booked over month in advance. Price swing for the night was pretty substantial but expected for big name concert at nightclub. Pool was alright. Rooms were clean. Thing that disappointed me the most was no amenities or perks whatsoever. Casino free plays? Nope. Complimentary dinner or alcoholic beverages? Guess again. Complimentary BREAKFAST THAT LITERALLY EVERY OTHER HOTELS SERVE….nope. Whenever I asked hotel staff about these she seemed offended I even asked. Stayed at a Drury Inn 20 minutes away from 4 years ago and got service and amenities mentioned above. We won’t be back to this “4 1/2 star hotel“. Want breakfast Waffle House down the street was good.

Summary: WIFI HORRENDOUS EVEN AFTER I WAS MADE TO PAY $10 for each device for each of the 4 days I stayed there. It made for a miserable time as I had business calls (as well as personal calls). I can never stay at one of your resorts for this reason. I have never experienced this before. We are in 2025 (not 1999). Wake up please

Summary: They stay was great, just as described by many of the guest ratings I read beforehand. Check in was a mess however! We drove all day and arrived at 8:00pm only to find out they only had one king bed rooms available. I told her I reserved a 2 queen bed room and told her there was no way 4 grown adults were sleeping in one bed. I then showed her the reservation on my phone. I was then told it would be a 'while' before things could be arranged. Room was finally ready ay nearly 10:30pm. They did give a $50 restaurant credit, which was nice, but I was disappointed by the disconnect between hotels.com reservation and what was available when we arrived.

Summary: we had paid for 2 nights and i dropped a few grand in their casino we asked to get Sunday night comped and were told our player card was too new they did not have numbers on us yet. Seemed like a no brainer to me they had the rooms Sunday night is not a busy night for them. why would they not comp a room so that they could get even more money from me. Seemed like the staff was not on same page as the owners.
