Positive: Overall the facility was nice, clean, and the room was made up well. The mattress however should have been replaced YEARS ago. It was totally worn out, and sagged A LOT in the middle

Positive: Nice room, quiet, nice view of green grass at the back, big elevator, good luggage cart, nice raisen bread for toast, comfy bed. I was given the room for people who have disabilities and this is the bathroom. Very ADA supportive with buttons to open office entry doors.

Positive: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and was free of unpleasant odors. The breakfast was ok, but again the staff was friendly and made sure there was plenty of food and coffee for the guests.

Negative: The pool room needed more lights, and there was nothing in the room to create a solid white noise to block out the sound of the highway. I did ask for the rooms to be close since we are traveling with our children and have a big family. The rooms were on the same floor, but not close to each other at all.
