Summary: For the price you can't beat it. Clean rooms, quiet. Only complaint bathroom is updated but door could be painted.

Summary: We chose this hotel because we have had good experiences with this brand. This particular one was only rated "good", compared to a couple others in the area that were rated higher. And that rating is accurate. Next time I will go with the higher rated ones. The rooms are kinda small, the tub/shower/bathroom is small, the decor is somewhat depressing, and we were not able to get the tv to get to anything other than Disney Jr. The beds are ok, but if you are short like me, you are in for a climb. Standard hotel pillows. The breakfast is ok if you like just the basics. This hotel could be great if they didn't try so hard to penny-pinch.

Summary: Stay was good but there was a lot of people coming in and moving through the halls at night, someone even knocked on my door. Please monitor these situations so your guests can get a good night sleep.

Summary: Room was clean and spacious for 3, Culvers next door gave us reason to get ice cream nightly. Close to stores. Pool and hot tub were very nice

Summary: The staff was friendly. Pool and whirlpool was nice. Breakfast was decent too. Room was clean but needs a lot of repair. Window wouldn’t latch. Faucet wasn’t connected to the sink properly, very loose. Bathtub needs recaulking on outside. Holes in the wall covered by plastic light switch panels.

Summary: The front desk staff was amazing. They were just wonderful at check in and it was so easy and they were so friendly. They were very attentive to the breakfast buffet and kept it stocked at all times. As soon as they heard the coffee running out they were there making more coffee. I will say that the breakfast in itself was very mediocre. We chose not to partake on the second day of our stay and was just not very good. The coffee was wonderful. The kids said the pool was very cold. We had four people in our party and everyone complained about the beds and how uncomfortable and hard they were. Overall, it was a decent place to stay for the money that we paid.
