Summary: After doing pre check in, I was still forced to check in again and fill out the same information a second time when arriving. Location was excellent but within a few minutes of being in the room, we regretted choosing this hotel.

Summary: The room was not the cleanest. It was an older hotel. The bed was very loud. The pool was older and not very warm water. The staff was very helpful and welcoming.

Summary: Bed was comfortable and pillows. Bath tub had black mold in the grout and tiles around baseboards were dirty. Breakfast was not good .

Summary: We were in the Omaha area for the college world series and all of the Omaha hotels were very expensive, so we decided to make the short drive Council Bluffs. This hotel is closer to Schwab Field than most of the west Omaha places which makes it a no brainer for those seeking the combination of affordable but still convenient.
