Summary: The rate was reasonable, the beds were comfortable. The hot tub was under repair, but we were able to use the pool. Staff was very friendly.

Summary: Bathroom door was cracked and the tv/dresser was chipped at the bottom. Overall a good stay and friendly staff clean room.

Summary: We deliberately booked here because of the pool and hot tub. When we arrived we were told the hot tub was broken. We upgraded to a jacuzzi room, but had to pay extra for it. I felt like it should have been a complimentary upgrade due to our obvious disappointment regarding the lack of a hot tub. The room was average, breakfast nice, except the pancake machine was also broken.

Summary: I arrived to find that the Jacuzzi (i.e. the reason I booked this hotel) was broken. My room was extremely hot and stuffy. The chair in the room was incredibly uncomfortable. Other than that, it was quiet, clean, and mostly comfortable. Not sure I'd stay again, but it was fine.

Summary: The pool room was freezing! They had a little space heater which was not working. The bed was hard, pillows were terrible, the free breakfast was ok.
