Summary: Whatever they clean with is so overpowering I had to sleep with the windows open. (Not safe at all) Bed is total crap. I left a night in used and went to another place.

Summary: Customer service was fantastic, but cleanliness wasn’t that great, did notice a small roach on our second night there. Everything is a bit old and worn down, rust in the bathroom on the screws, toilet wobbles a bit, towels are very small, bed wasn’t remade and soap was replenished.

Summary: Great stay. Clean, very quiet. Check early was no problem. Night manager was also a pleasure to talk with. Staff was very good. Just a great experience. I offered to pay $100.00 dollar deposit in cash so there wouldn't be a 3 day hold on my card, however that wasnt good enough for management. So now im short $100.00 dollars on a 2 day trip. I hope i have enough gas to make it 600 miles. That's my only complaint. Why charge my card for $100.00 dollars if its not needed. A $1 dollar charge is industry standard. My advice is PAY CASH. Then pick it up when you leave

Summary: I would not stay here again. There was black mold in the bathroom which was my biggest concern. It was clean otherwise, just old. My favorite thing about the hotel is it had duvet covers that they wash more than hotels with bedspreads I hope. The sheets, pillows and duvet were nice enough. My other complaint would be there was no cleaning of the rooms. I think they took dirty wash cloths one day but didn’t replace them. They didn’t empty the trash. There was only one ice machine for the entire place.

Summary: As usual it was a great stay. The place is always super clean and especially the rooms. James at the front desk is always super helpful. I really enjoy my time here. And just because its on aurora it shouldnt deter u, because these guys dont allow riff raff in. Highly recommended.

Summary: Well... when my aunt & I first arrived the toilet wouldnt flush properly & the sink was leaking quite badly. We had a puddle from it leaking. We let the front desk know, they did nothing. The jetted tub in our room was disgusting and once again I had no help from the staff. Finally, we got back to our room late friday night to zero parking spots and multiply cars with no parking pass. We told front desk and he told us to park in a creepy spot down the street. He also made another group of women park there. It was ridiculous how little help the front desk was. We also never saw housekeeping. We stayed for 4 nights and they gave us 1 roll of TP.

Summary: Super nice guy checking us in. Kind of a run down, skanky neighborhood with not much within walking distance. Room was a disapointment but the bed was comfortable.

Summary: It was great. We got the hot tub room and it was wonderful for our anniversary of 14 years. There's a cute bar near by called the hidden door. If you are looking just for a staycation with a romantic hot tub and a cute bar to go to... Highly recommend!
