Summary: This was my second stay at this hotel, and I plan on staying here next year. The rates are among the lowest in Marion, but you get a clean, comfortable room with a friendly staff in a relatively quiet area. Highly recommended!

Summary: Pictures very deceiving on hotels.com as soon as I walked in I was greeted with a terrible smell throughout the whole facility …. Rips in curtains, burn marks on bed , Any other hotel on this street is an upgrade do not stay here.

Summary: We checked in the service attendant was great. Go into the inn and there was a slight odor even on the non-smoking side. We walked into the room and turned in the lights and some bulbs needed replaced. Our comforter had cigarette burn in it. Went to use the restroom and their was still a bowel movement in the toilet. My child said he did not want to take a shower it made him uncomfortable because it was gross. Road noise was high and walls are thin and can hear neighbors easily. We did not even attempt the breakfast. The building and rooms could definitely use some updates and a deep clean.

Summary: It was clean and cheap and that’s what we were looking for. The beds are small said queen but probably a full or double. We were there to sleep it did it’s job

Summary: These people should be ashamed of themselves for charging nearly $80 a night for a room in this condition. Hotel room rates are high right now, so I booked the least expensive one in the area. But this place seriously brings to mind a rent by the hour establishment. I took pictures, but there doesn't seem to be a way to attach them to this review.
