Negative: Very heavy, extra warm doona - quite unsuitable for mild Autumn nights. As two of us are elderly, the shower over the spa bath was not really suitable for our needs (too difficult to get into).

Negative: Unfortunately it could have been cleaner. Mirror in bathroom had toothpaste splatter from previous customers. The slit air-conditioner was filthy, when you lay in bed and look ip at it, you can see inside it. Looks like it has never been professional cleaned. Im a maintenance manager at a hotel and they should be cleaned once a year.

Negative: The spa bath. Getting in and out of the bath tub in order to have a shower was a challenge especially if one has short stature and another of my guess with stiff joints.
