Positive: location, spa (mini pool and sauna), nice gym equipment
Negative: very small room (not enough room to even open a suitcase), no AC so room gets stuffy at night in summer, shower design makes water spill onto bathroom floor, very uncomfortable bed and pillow (you get one huuuuge pillow and one tiny one - useless)
