Summary: Only 1/8 roll of toilet paper in room. 3 Kleenex left in box. NO vending machines to get water, soda or snacks, was told to walk to hotel across the street. Said nothing on Hotels.com about an additional $20 for parking. Large stain on carpeting and very dusty in areas. Elevator and the closet in our room smelled like cigarette smoke badly.

Summary: My overall stay was excellent, the staff especially the driving service man was super kind and professional, was clear and thorough with instructions on pick up and drop off times, and the housekeeper was super kind went above and beyond with returning items to me left in my room! Also the driver went out of his way to pick me up when it was past his time to do so. The security staff made me feel safe and did great work monitoring the place. I loved it there!

Summary: Very nice old hotel that has been updated We stayed 2 nights for a concert at summer fest. Our only issue was the shower, which was handicap accessible, sprayed water all over the floor, shower curtain was about 10 inches from the floor…neighborhoods not the greatest but were from Chicago so no big deal

Summary: I completed self check-in prior to my arrival. Still had to go to the desk to get my room key. While room was ready, I had to wait for someone to staff the front desk, so I waited about 5-7 mins for someone to even greet me.

Summary: Not the greatest neighborhood. But the hotel is very clean and comfortable, and all the staff were extremely friendly. Only about 3 miles from downtown and everything else, and they have a complimentary shuttle to both drop off and pick up again downtown.

Summary: The hotel has great ambiance based on its age and very good condition. The staff from front desk to the bar were excellent!!! The rooms are quite spacious based on the time this hotel was built except the restroom is a little cramped as is the tub / shower. However the latter should be expected based on hotel’s age. The location at one time was probably nice however times have changed and the local area does have its seedy parts. Probably should be cautious if walking around neighborhood at night. It has a parking garage although might want to provide security, especially at night. Otherwise overall I’d totally recommend the hotel which has its own unique character.
