Upon entrance, you are warmly greeted by Tile floors, fresh paint, and a bright and open floor plan. It seamlessly connects the kitchen to the living room and leading to the inviting, sunny backyard. Meticulous attention to detail is presented in the kitchen with quartz countertops, customized backsplash, finished cabinets, and brand-name appliances. Summary: What a beautiful place to stay!! Highly recommend this home that’s just minutes from the cool and exciting Colorado River. We’ll definitely stay here again in the future if it’s still available.

Summary: Great house and good location for us. Nice patio in back by the water to enjoy your morning coffee. No issues. Lovely home and communication with owner was superb. Definitely plan to stay here again. P.S. All the neighbors in the community are also very nice/pleasant.

Summary: Nice house, great location. Great communication with property owner. Master bath needs some minor maintenance and windows and vents desperately need cleaning. Having said that I’d still rent again because of neighborhood and communication with owner.
