Take in the amazing views from this 2300 square foot single-level, family-friendly, waterfront home situated on a large level lot on the public side of Lake Anna. With two boat docks, a sandy beach, and a screened in boathouse, this home is located in a quiet kid and family-friendly neighborhood. Situated on 1.25 acres with 250 feet of waterfront, the large yard is perfect for family gatherings, games, and other outdoor activities.
A remodeled kitchen and family room make a perfect central gathering place in the home. The large dining area and eat in kitchen are well-suited for large family meals and activities with seating provided for 12. The home enjoys three traditional bedrooms, three full baths, and a bunk room, so there's plenty of sleeping accommodations for everyone. Extra mattresses, a rollaway bed, and a pack-and-play are also available for families who desire different sleeping configurations. Washer and Dryer are provided and are situated in the laundry room located just off of the kitchen.
A large deck at the rear of the home is accessible from the master bedroom, family room, and bunk room and provides an amazing view of the lake. It is well-appointed with chaise lounge chairs, plush sitting chairs, a grill and outdoor fireplace. For those clear, cool and quiet nights, a firepit with Adirondack chairs is located in the yard overlooking the lake.
A short walk from the deck and you can enjoy the peace and quiet on the private sandy beach located between the property's two docks. A sandy bottom and clear water make this a great home for swimming and floating on the lake. Enjoy the water with the two provided kayaks, paddleboards and numerous water toys, floats, and floating water matt. Beach chairs, fishing poles, and sand toys are also provided.
With two docks and a boat house, there is plenty of room to bring your own boat or jet skis. The community boat ramp is located a half mile from the property and accessible with the provided gate key. The beautiful, covered boat dock includes a screened porch by the water for relaxing with lounge furniture and plenty of additional chairs and tables.
Back at the house, there is a Ping-Pong table, pool table, basketball arcade game, and dartboard in the garage which has been converted to a game room and is sure to thrill kids of all ages. There is also a large choice of traditional board games and puzzles. Wireless Internet, DVD players with numerous DVDs, and Satellite TV are also provided.
The home is provide with everything needed for your perfect family getaway: Bath towels, bed linens, comforters, and a fully stocked kitchen with all needed pots, pans, blender, crock pot, coffee maker, toaster, etc.

Food Lion is located 10 minutes away with ease of access to groceries, restaurants, beer and wine. The adults can take an afternoon and try out some of the local wineries and breweries at Lake Anna Winery (12.6 miles), Coyote Hole Cidery (seven miles), Lake Anna Taphouse (eight miles), and Cooling Pond Brewery (nine miles). Book a cruising tour at Orange Troller (eight miles) where you will be able to explore Lake Anna by boat!

Summary: We were so completely happy and satisfied with our Lake Anna stay. The house was even better than we anticipated. Well stocked with everything you could ask for and hope for - AND THEN SOME. Summary: We were a family of grandparents, parents and three children under 5. The house was a great layout for our group. The kids loved the bunk room which was supplied with plenty of toys, games and bins of little people to keep them busy when we weren't on the water. Loved the dock access (we rented a pontoon for four days), all of the water toys and the privacy of the home. The kitchen was well stocked too! Great communication with the owner as well! Perfect place for a family getaway!

Summary: We literally didn’t have to finish unpacking because the house had everything! Tons of toys for the kids and board games. So many outdoor activities to keep us all (Ages 2 months-40years old) entertained. The lake house was full of great items for the water and there were multiple things for each child and adult. The kayaks and paddle boards were amazing! So much information about the area and restaurants provided! Great communication with owners. Was very clean and everything was easy to find! Definitely recommend this property for family vacations!

Summary: This was our second time staying at this property. We have two families with elementary school-aged kids and there is endless entertainment for them. Kayaking, fishing, playing in the sand, and a game room plus a closet full of games. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking for a group. Plus gorgeous a gorgeous view!

Summary: Our family had been looking for a quick lake getaway for some time and came across this property. It was exactly as described and then some! We instantly felt at home. Summary: If you are looking for a place to try out Lake Anna and have access to tons of water toys, this place is the best! The house is lovely and spacious. The view of the lake and the easy access to the water is awesome. That the owners allow you to use their water toys -- two kayaks, three paddle boards, numerous floaty things --- makes this an ideal place for a family. No need to lug your own kayak or ponder whether to rent a paddle board just to "try it out." We enjoyed our stay. One note: this is rural Virginia and the wifi/internet can be spotty. The cell service (for Verizon) was excellent.
