Positive: The view and location are wonderful! For such a central location, it is peaceful and quiet. Bars, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and patrolled swimming areas are all very accessible.

Negative: The unit really needs a deep clean, especially the toilet/laundry area. There is no wifi in the unit and to be fair it does state that on the booking information but I missed it. I didn’t check wifi availability as it didn’t occur to me that a modern, not inexpensive, unit in a major tourist destination would not have wifi. It is a self contained unit but no welcome pack tea/coffee etc sachets are supplied, it just felt very basic.

Summary: Wonderful view and location.

Positive: We loved the view from the balcony and bedroom. There is nothing like watching the water while relaxing or having a glass of wine at sunset. The apartment is in a fantastic location within walking distance to lots of places to eat, shops and the fantastic beaches. Very comfortable bed, good sized modern bathroom with bath tub and walk in shower and nice sized kitchen.

Negative: It’s is very minimally stocked - one small bar of soap was the only toiletry item, only 2 towels, no beach/pool towels and no face washer. We do acknowledge that the price of this apartment was significantly cheaper than booking direct with the apartments so we’re willing to cop these small things.

Summary: Fabulous views, awesome location - will definitely stay again.

Positive: The view and location was perfect. The Caloundra Holiday Centre made it easy to get keys and drop off too.

Negative: There was a lot of dust on the lamps and behind the bedroom side tables. I notice it as I'm asthmatic. We don't expect places to be perfect but just something to note.
