5 bedroom, 5 bathroom mountain home located in the Town of Dillon in the heart of Ski Country. Large picturesque windows in the living room overlook Lake Dillon and feature a fantastic view of Keystone Ski Resort. Amazing sunrises.
Twelve (12) guests can sleep comfortably as detailed below:
* Master Bedroom on the main level: 1 King with private Master bathroom
* Bedroom 1 on Upper level: 1 Queen, 1 Double includes a private bathroom
* Bedroom 2 on Upper level: 1 Queen with a private bathroom
* Bedroom 1 on Lower leve/basement: 1 Twin over Queen bunk bed
* Bedroom 2 on Lower level/basement: 1 Queen.
There is a bathroom in the basement with a tub/shower for the 2 bedrooms to share.
There is an additional full bathroom w/shower available on the main level.
**Pack n' Play & Booster/High Chair available.
The kitchen is fully stocked, with a crockpot, multiple size pots and pans, casserole dishes, double oven, microwave, spices.
Private hot tub.
Pool table and extra TV and sitting area in basement.
Loft sitting area with games and toys.
Free wireless internet is provided for those who must work or feel the need to keep in touch with what's going on in the rest of the world.
Also provided is an attached HEATED GARAGE.
The Dillon Marina is a short walk down the road, right off the rec path.

Summary: We had a nice New Year’s trip for a few ski days up at Keystone. It was a wonderful time, relaxing with family. The house was great and perfect for our needs. There were 11 of us and plenty of space for everyone.

Summary: This was a perfect location and home for our family group. Was perfect to have so many bedrooms and bathrooms to have our own space. Hot tub and pool table were a hit. View is gorgeous. Easy walk to the Marina for fishing and kayaking. Quick drive to Breck, Keystone, and Vail.

Summary: Overall great location and convenience to slopes and shops, etc. Kitchen was fully stocked. Use of crock pot was essential and extremely helpful. Will definitely stay again!

Summary: The property was beautiful and big enough for us all! We enjoyed the pool table and the hot tub in the evenings after the guys were done on the slopes. The location was easy to find and the property was accurately depicted. The master bed was comfortable and the sheets were some of the softest I have ever felt. If we bring another large group back to the area, I'd definitely check to see if this property was available again.

Summary: Beautiful surroundings, even better than we expected from the photos in the listing. Amazingly equipped kitchen with every serving dish and preparation tool imaginable. This was the first visit to Colorado for some of our friends. We were glad we chose this house.
