Welcome to River Terraces, Seixal.
Our new, comfortable and secure residence is less than a 10-minute walk from the Seixal River Embankment where you can catch the ferry on the Tagus River. It joins the center of Lisbon in 16 minutes to Cais do Sodré, multimodal station: metro, tram (to visit the tower of Belém or the Jerónimos Monastery), train station (towards the large beaches of Cascais by example), bus, taxis, ferry, all within walking distance of the historic city center.
We offer a large luxury apartment of 104 sqm for 6 people on the top floor of a new residence, with two large terraces duplex each with a superb view of Lisbon and the Tagus. You can eat on the first terrace of 15 m² on the 7th floor and / or relax on the second floor of 34 m² on the 8th and last floor thanks to its large corner sofa and sunbathing. Side apartment, a master suite with bed 180 x 200 cm, balcony 5 m² garden south and private bathroom. A second bedroom with a bed of 180 x 200 cm and a third with two beds of 100 x 200 cm, and a shower room. An umbrella bed and baby high chair can also be provided upon request. Sheets, bath towels and bathrobes will be provided for the duration of your stay. You will enjoy a large cozy living room including a TV with cable + satellite reception, DVD player, WiFi. You will have a beautiful fully equipped kitchen (including with dishwasher and washing machine). Reversible air conditioning in each room. Two secure parking spaces in the basement will be at your disposal.

Seixal itself is a small fishing town which has a lot of charm and evolves more and more thanks to its policy of renovation and major embellishment. All amenities and shops are nearby. Its many authentic restaurants and its great walk along the river are very pleasant.
The area is very well served by the A1 and A2 motorways, both to Lisbon and to the different beaches nearby (Costa da Caparica for example). The ferry is very convenient to get you quickly and inexpensively from your apartment to downtown Lisbon. In addition, you can easily reach the Cais do Sodré river terminal from Lisbon airport by taking the metro: "red line" to "Alameda" then "green" line to "Cais do Sodré". All you need to do is cross the Tagus River by ferry to Seixal.
Note: River Terraces is located in the quiet residential area "Quinta da Trindade" in Seixal, just across the Tagus from Lisbon. The Benfica training center is about 200 meters away. This is an entirely new residence.

Summary: Great location, wonderful view, very well equipped, with a lot of space. Particularly the terrace on 8th floor and the garden with swimming pool and fitness center were very much appreciated! We would very much love to come back again in 2025!

Summary: The property is lovely and communication was easy. You must realize that this property is a 10 minute walk to the ferry and a 15 minute ferry ride. You arrive at the main terminal in Lisbon and it is easy to get other transportation from there. In this terminal there is a grocery store that was easiest to pick up supplies before returning. If you are staying for any less gth of time you can get a 30 day transportation pass in the terminal al area it was €40 euro for 18+ and €20 euro for 65+. This works on buses ferries trams funiculars and local trains to Sintra and Cais Cai. The apartment itself is roomy and comfortable. We would recommend it if you are comfortable with the transport into the city.

Summary: The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was good, and the view was wonderful. A magnificent place from which to watch the Lisbon New Year’s Eve fireworks displays! Beware that you need a set of keys both to exit and enter the apartment complex, so if you need more than one set, let Florent know before you arrive. (We received only one set of keys when we arrived, and forgot to ask about another set until after the property manager left. Then, because we were visiting over Christmas, it took several days to get another set, which made things extra challenging for our family.) There are numerous nearby places to eat. Some of the places we enjoyed were Seixal Art’ Doce, downstairs in the same building as the apartment; Baco, on Av. Vasco da Gama; and Oficina, on R. Manuel Teixeira de Sousa.

Summary: We really enjoyed the stay. Everything was as advertised. Seixal is a great small town with a very warm feel. It gives you a good feel of the local culture while still providing access to the big city of Lisbon. The ferry is close walking distance from the location and easy to navigate. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Our family has spent 9 wonderful days in this beautiful flat with all comfort, very clean and a great view. The building is pretty new and the apt is very well appointed and maintained. The ferry to Caís do Sodré is 15 minute walk. The manager Mr. Fernandes went above and beyond to accommodate and assist our requests including a medical emergency in the family. Many thanks to Mr. Fernandes and Florent the owner although geographically distant very present and easy to communicate. I highly recommend if you are coming yo Lisbon.

Summary: The first impression was amazing, and it continued to be so for the next four weeks. My husband and I had the opportunity to come to Portugal for the first time, while working online at the same time. The apartment has a fast internet connection which reaches to all the rooms including the balcony :-) We enjoyed the stay because of its closeness to Lisboa and public transport. we used for the first two weeks only public transport and it was very easy, even to get from the airport to the residence without a car. If you like to explore some nature and the amazing atlantic, but you want to save money- take a bus to the almada district and rent a car there, we saved 50% compared to prices directly from car rentals in the airport. The apartement was so clean, and even no smell of cigarettes at all. although it was February/March, we had very sunny days, spring like, which allowed us to sit on the terrace, I can imagine in summer it must be more beautiful. you can get enough from the sunrise and the view. If you like to have a proper change from your winter routine in Northern Europe, come here. For the start, even some cleaning utentsils and soap was available- we did not lack anything. We thank the owner for the nice time we could have in this apartment, and the whole crew in the residence who keep the area save and clean.

Summary: We stayed at this property for a month and it was the perfect home away from home. The condo itself is beautiful and we loved sitting out on the balconies to enjoy the views. We cooked in several nights and had sufficient kitchen utensils and pans to make that work. The pool is not heated thus cooled us off quickly on the hot days. The ferry is a little of a challenge if you are not used to it. We have to deal with ferry schedules at home so we coped fairly well. We did not rent a car but the local grocery was close enough to walk to as was the ferry and town. Also there is a small grocery at the Lisbon ferry terminal so we could pick up needed items on our way home from seeing the sights of the city. We definitely recommend this property for your stay in Lisbon!
