This is a large remodeled home walking distance to everything Downtown Portsmouth offers.
There is plenty of parking for 8 plus cars and bring your boat or kayak. There is a launching ramp a block away. Five bedrooms which will sleep 10 people comfortably. Enjoy this historic home while taking in the seacoast air. Large grassy yard to play. Bring your toys! Barbecue and outdoor dining. Dedicated workout space elliptical machine and weights and yoga mat.
Easy to come and go. A five minute walk gets you to the hotels and our favorite taco bar "Barrio". A ten minute walk sets you in the heart of historic Portsmouth Downtown!
There are 5 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The bedrooms are light and airy. One full bath and three bedrooms on the second floor. The third floor has two bedrooms and a living room with a full bath.
The kitchen is large and has an island with seating for four. Stainless appliances with toaster and microwave.
The outside patio has an electric grill. Seating for 10 outside.
Inside has fast wifi, smart TV that you can sign into your favorite streaming services. A third floor living room offers some quiet space.

Summary: Patricia was super communicative from the beginning. Her property was beautiful and the home was equally gorgeous. The house is older so it had so much charm with all its interest quirks. The driveway is massive so it fit all 3 cars we had with ease. We easily walked to downtown in under ten minutes everyday. All in all it’s a great location for a large group!

Summary: We had 7 adults and 3 kids in our group, and we were very comfortable in this large home. Everyone had their own bedroom (the kids shared) and the main living areas were very nice. The kitchen is very nice and well-equipped, and we also appreciated the huge driveway / parking pad. The only complaints we had were minor - the bathroom on the second floor is attached to a bedroom, so you have to go through the bedroom to get to it (not ideal for the couple in that room), and the third floor stairs are very steep, which was a little scary with our little ones (2 and 5), but even still, they thought the stairs were fun. The A/C is via window units but it was sufficient. The location is pretty good, despite being near a busy road. Overall, it was nearly perfect for our group and we had a great stay. The host is very responsive and helpful. If you have a large group, I would definitely recommend this home!
