Summary: My family and I had a fabulous stay. My adult children and their friends were entertained all weekend and the pool table room. We drove to the beach and used the available parking passes that came with the house and when we went to dinner in downtown, Bethany, we walked to and from downtown Bethany, it was about a 20 minute walk each way, we could’ve taken the trolley instead if we wanted to, but it was such nice weather to walk. The owner was very communicative and responded to all of my questions within five minutes, check in was easy, we were given the code and let ourselves in. We will definitely be back.!

Summary: We had an awesome stay at this property and would book again if we'll be returning to Bethany Beach! I booked this property for a large friend reunion, and this house is perfect for larger groups. The house has two floors that are somewhat separate from each other, so also a great property for multi-family trips or trips where otherwise it would be helpful for everyone to have their own area. Property owner was very communicative and helpful, and while we didn't need to get in touch for anything urgent, I anticipate the owner would have immediately responded and done everything to resolve the situation. This property has four beach parking passes provided as well as access to the pool/tennis courts of the development its located in, which were nice touches. This property is in a very quiet, residential community, so this is a property that is a better fit for families and more lowkey, quiet groups (ie, this property is not a good fit for larger groups that will be partying / on the noisier side). The property has very pretty outdoor spaces (lots of fruit trees growing around the house) and outdoor seating / porches, which our group enjoyed using. Property is walking distance to the beach and lots of restaurants/shops, which was convenient. One thing to be aware of is that this property doesn't provide towels / bed sheets, so you'll want to make sure to bring your own or use a linen service. Property does provide comforters/pillows for all the beds.

Summary: House suited our needs but cleanliness was much to be desired. House had a musty smell throughout our stay even after A/C was turned on. Vents showed dust and grittiness, fan blades also showed accumulated dust and under the couch in the living room. Cleaning crew hired by owner is not doing an effective and thorough job. The outside grill and surrounding areas also need a good cleaning. The walls in all the rooms We enjoyed the pool

Summary: The house was huge and nice. Had everything and knew if we needed anything, it was a phone call away. The owner was always available and was a wonderful host to ensure everything went well. If I could say one slightly negative, the courtyard by the grill (really nice grill but the grates are rusting) was really nice but absolutely filthy. We wished we could have sat outside for dinners but it looks like it wasn’t power-washed in a while. The pools were closed on Memorial Day weekend which was odd. Other than that, it was perfect for our very successful reunion of 20 people. I highly recommend this property.
