Beautifully upgraded, every day is a true vacation. Pool, putting green, pool table, large screen television all in a beautiful home with mountain views.
With four bedrooms (3 upstairs and one office/den that converts into a bedroom), you'll have room for the whole family. We are fully stocked with bed linens and towels for your use.
Take this time to really relax and enjoy spending quality time with your family and friends. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood with very little traffic.
Our home has one of the best locations in the entire community with a great view of the mountains.
Sit by the pool and sip a cold drink or practice your putting while the kids splash around in the pool and enjoy themselves. Or just enjoy some quiet lounging and soak up the peace and quiet, reading one of the books from our small library in the den.
The professional-quality Turbo STS grill will make you mouthwatering steaks, juicy burgers and anything else you want to grill.
The large kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and utensils, with TONS of counter space for you to prepare meals.
When the sun goes down, grab a board game from the upstairs loft or fire up one of our 200+ DVD movies and pop some popcorn.
Love hiking? This is for you. There are walking and hiking trails in the neighborhood and mountain trails close by
Private gym? We have it, offering weight and cardio training equipment, along with recreational equipment such as bikes and golf clubs (if you didn't bring yours).

Summary: We had a wonderful time at this home. Very quiet neighborhood, out of the hustle & bustle of Phoenix. Home had everything we needed to enjoy our 5 days, including a. nice pool and beautiful views. Owners were prompt answering questions but everything was easily spelled out with printed instructions so we had no problems. Would definitely recommend to others.

Summary: Let me preface this by saying when compared to the prices and comfort of a motel, this was a nice place. Saying that, there were some things that would keep me from staying here again. The downstair’s toilet’s seal was broken and the toilet contstantly ran. It got so bad we turned the toilet’s water off making the downstair’s toilet unusable. The towels smelt moldy and spoiled. The property is listed as a 4 bedroom, but the 4th bedroom is an office with the most uncomfortable futon. My daughter and son-in-law, who live in Surprise, wanted to stay with us, but didn’t because that bedroom wasn’t even fit for a teen. In the kitchen, there were two steak knives that were broken, and a lack of overall utensils. In the pool area, there was cat poo in one of the fountain bowls and the pool’s handheld net was broken. The outdoor area is beautiful, but even with the pool’s heater running, it was too cold to swim in December. The owners charge a very high cleaning fee, yet the guests have to gather all bedding, towels, all dishes have to be done, etc..., which is something I’ve never had to do when renting through VRBO. The walking paths not far from this house are lovely, and the pool table made our stay worthwhile. King size beds would make this house more rentable.

Summary: Can’t say enough about how wonderful the owners were. Communication was timely and when issues arose, they took care of them quickly. We really enjoyed the heated pool and used it every day.

Summary: Our family loved this house, from the heated pool, to the great putting green, wonderful patio, and everything in between. I’ve rented many homes and this was one of the best and best price. Beautiful quiet golf neighborhood. And the owner communicated so well the whole time, which is a plus. Grocery store and shops are maybe 5 min away.
