Summary: We found the house pleasant and centrally located

Summary: Large old eclectic home with 3 bedrooms and 4 beds. Unfortunately one of the beds is broken and the slats kept allowing the mattress to fall to the ground. When we visiting it was a very warm week and the 2 window AC units (1 per floor) did not cut the heat so sleeping for anyone not on the loft uncomfortable. Master toilet broken and sign on it when we checked in- when I notified the property manager, she was unaware but contacted me within 24 hours to arrange a plumber to come. Moldy coffee grounds in coffee maker - I requested refund of the cleaning fee and was granted this. Nice Viking range and refrigerator but kitchen otherwise with mostly old and hodge podge dishware/pots. Overall eclectic interesting furniture and artwork in home but very cluttered, almost as if someone lives there. Beautiful view of the Hudson and large deck space.
