Negative: The space lacks sufficient electrical sockets and windows, suggesting it was likely a shop later converted into an apartment. The noise in the living room and kitchen gives the impression of being right on the street. Probably because a glass door with a sticker separates you from the street. The kitchen and living room have no windows. Good enough only if you plan just to sleep there.

Positive: I enjoyed the location. At first I wasn't sure what to think of it but it was good, proximity to my conference was great, and proximity to the metro made all of my travel easy. Quintas das Conchas is a great little city, and it really has a lot to offer between that and Lumiar.

Negative: Just from a safety perspective, I would have appreciated a peephole in the door (which may not be possible). Not for any other reason than we didn't exactly know what to think of the neighborhood (it was all new to us) when we got there. It ended up not being an issue, but we were a little concerned about leaving at night in the first few days.

Summary: Excellent Stay. Would Return.
