Positive: Excellent direct connection to the Spice Convention Center. Bus stop with direct busses to George Town and airport available (30 minutes drive). The breakfast and pool are really nice.

Negative: The surrounding of the hotel is quite sad. No real infrastructure. It is difficult to just walk around because of the traffic and no real preparation for just walking around.

Positive: The room was spacious, comfortable, and cleaned on time every day. The bed was large and very comfortable. The pool area was excellent — clean and well maintained. Complimentary parking was very convenient. The location outside Georgetown is actually a plus, as it’s quieter but still quick to reach everything by car.

Negative: However, cleanliness in public areas and the restaurant was disappointing. Restaurant seat cushions were dirty, and outdoor seating after rain was not cleaned promptly. Overall hygiene did not feel like a priority. We also had doubts whether plates and cutlery were properly washed. Laundry service is overpriced for Malaysia. English skills of staff were basic.

Summary: Comfortable stay, but hygiene standards need improvement.
