Summary: a little dated, don’t feel like a 5 star hotel, but most staff are very helpful, especially those gentlemen from the concierge team (e.g. Zero, the staff who helped with my bags when i checked in on Thursday and the gentleman in specs from night shift (didn’t get their names sorry). Zhang from security is also very helpful, my friends and i were full of hands with all our stuff for the past few days and he will kindly help to hold the door for us when we get off the cars when we reach. Thanks for the pleasant stay.
