Summary: I found the hotel very comfortable. I appreciated that some staff spoke English. The room was clean and comfortable. Nice shower! I enjoyed the breakfast variety.

Summary: The staff was very nice and the check-in process was easy. We had translator which was helpful. Room was clean and smelled nice

Summary: I stayed at the property as I’m here visiting my girlfriend. We planned on going out for dinner. When she arrived to pick me up, I needed time to take a shower. So wanted to wait in the room while I showered before dinner. Reception collected her info. She visited then we went out for dinner and she went home and I returned to the hotel. The next morning on check out the was a charge for a second person staying in the room for 87 real. I protested, but they wouldn’t reverse the charge. I have stayed in many hotels and never had this happen. I will never return to this property.
