Positive: Great location, right next to the tram which goes every 10 minutes to Centraal Station and only takes 14 minutes. The bed was super comfortable and the room felt clean. We also had a lovely view

Positive: The staff were friendly and the room was large and spacious.

Negative: There was noise on the floor so it was a bit difficult to sleep. The room was also dirty (there was hair in the bed and a spill of something sticky on the bedside table). The hotel also wasn't that well located so I'd advise staying closer to the city centre.

Negative: Lacking of basic toiletries such as toothpaste and toothbrush, charger or slippers. No info in the suite of what you could do and the surrounding area. As a solo traveler I felt unsafe. The room was outdated, mold in the bathroom and peeling wallpaper in the room. There was a mini fridge in the room that definitely needed a good cleaning.

Positive: Room was very comfortable with a nice view, albeit overlooking some building works when we went. Very convenient location, tram stop just outside and easy to get to central Amsterdam, shop(s) nearby too. Nice park nearby as well which was perfect for a quick morning run.

Negative: Breakfast seemed quite expensive so we went elsewhere and can't comment on the quality of it. There was a fire alarm at 4.30am which was unpleasant but I assume was the fault of another guest/someone on a different floor and not much the hotel could do about it.

Positive: Super friendly staff. We felt at home right away. Great breakfast. Beautiful view. Very close to tram 5 min from city centre. Affordable and safe parking near.

Negative: Nothing really. Just took me a while to find the entrance, that's all.
