Positive: I was very impressed with the spacious grounds with its tropical vegetation - truly a place to explore and relax at the same time. Mr. Navneet Sharma was a caring and approachable host, the two main helpers on duty, Irfan and Vinod, were gentle and helpful. The food was varied and of excellent quality. It was a real pleasure to have breakfast in the open pavilion with its views of the garden and surrounding hills.

Negative: The chalet was roomy and well-appointed but for my personal taste a bit rustic and dark.

Positive: A place where you feel in heaven. I have traveled to many places in the world and this is definitely one of the most beautiful I have been to. The hotel grounds are huge and full of fruit trees such as mangoes and coconuts. The pickets are clean and new. The pool is perfect.

Negative: The hotel is new, so the food menu is not yet varied enough, I'm sure it will improve in the future. Despite this, we ate lunch, dinner and breakfast and it was delicious

Summary: Order without thinking twice. The place also accepts pets with great love. We will come back here again for sure

Positive: The location is in South Goa and away from the beaches. What you get a taste of is a different goa of trees and vegetation which is beautiful . The property has the best maintained grounds with 42 acres of fruit trees , manicured lawns , waterbodies , groves with hammocks . If you are travelling with a pet , cant say i have seen a more pet friendly place than this. They will enjoy the free space to run around and the food requests that are catered to. The people manning this property Navneet and Joe and the owner Mr DSilva are great hosts. This is a great place to base your self for day trips to Gokarna and Murudeshwar - which you can cover with an early start

Negative: The Property is still transitioning into a IHCL property and the IHCL touch needs to come in on aspects like F&B. Service levels seem undermanned and requests can be lost at time eg room clean ups. The Food needs some thinking - inclusion of more Goan food would help to add that touch of authenticity. But these are being addressed and the overall package with the wonderful property more than make up.
