Positive: We stayed in a two-bedroom cottage with a fully equipped kitchen, while the other accommodation was a one-bedroom cottage without a kitchen. We truly enjoyed our stay at Alva. Everyone was very accommodating—two thumbs up to the staff for always making sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay at Alva again. We even got to enjoy the pool during winter and had fun playing billiards as well. There is also a convenient shortcut near the reception that takes you directly to the ski lift and nearby restaurants. The photos shown is the one-bedroom cottage.

Negative: Nothing i can think of.

Positive: The place is probably the last hotel up on the street. The rooms are wooden cottages, just enough for sleep and chill after your excursion day. Nonnee and Vardan at reception were very helpful. In getting a tour driver suggesting things to do nearby. All was handled perfectly. The breakfast buffet was good and the host there, takes good care of you. She made our breakfast visits both days , comfortable. The chef is also very friendly and made some changes my son needed with this meal. You can walk to the ski lift in 10 minutes

Negative: The sofa/bed in the other room, where our son slept was a sofa with wheels. SO basically you had to convert the sofa into a square bed. Because of the wheels, after you sleep, the sofa use to move, because of the wheels and create a hole in the bed. My son didnt mind to sleep on it, so there was nothing to complain. But if you have a extra adult then this bed may not be the best option.

Positive: The property was in a cozy location. Room was cleaned every day. Water was replenished everyday. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Ropeway at a walkable distance. Good food for breakfast and dinner.
