Positive: It was somewhat clean and it had comfortable beds, also good food

Negative: They initially put us in a different, smaller and older room than the one we had booked. Also, they charged us 50€ per day for our small Maltese dog, extra of what we’ve paid for the room, and they didn’t have any facilities for the dog.

Summary: Medium experience, I don’t know if I will return again.

Positive: This was my third visit, perfect location, clean, adults only

Negative: I had booked a junior suite off Booking.com on the understanding that I would have a separate bedroom and a double balcony, as I took my son (26) and his girlfriend (25). We did stay in the room advertised on Booking.com, we had one large room, with a large double bed and a single bed, one balcony, no free standing bath which was advertised. I did mention to the lady on reception to be told, there are a number of different junior suites. Had I known this I wouldn’t have booked that room as it was awkward getting showered etc.

Summary: Beautiful but disappointed with room unfortunately 🥲

Negative: The small toilet and shower cubicle with little privacy if you required that,we were on the fifth floor and thier was a bad odour on several occasions from the toilet and sink we had to flush the toilet several times to reduce this not good. The cups and glasses in the room would not fit the coffee machine. We did report this but Notting happened.

Summary: Quite good but should do better for a Delux room and the extra cost we paid for this.
